The rules applicable to the use of the APPLICATION – Live Caption & Translate – made available by DEV12BR, headquartered in Lençóis Paulista, SP, for mobile devices with Android, are described below.

When accessing the application, the user agrees to the rules and conditions established in this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the application.

The application provides captioning and real-time translation features for videos, audio, and conversations. The use of the application is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access, resale, or redistribution of the application or its functionalities is strictly prohibited.

Privacy First & Local Processing Live Caption & Translate may collect non-personally identifiable information such as device type, language preferences, and usage statistics to improve app performance and user experience. No voice recordings, translations, or captions are stored or used outside of the application.

The application does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can delete the information.

The APPLICATION – Live Caption & Translate reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the application at any time, without prior notice. The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy may also be updated periodically. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Any misuse of the application that violates current laws, public order, or third-party rights may result in suspension or permanent termination of access, at the discretion of DEV12BR.

Live Caption & Translate takes reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. However, we cannot guarantee that data transmission over the internet or device storage is 100% secure.

payments In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

You may purchase an auto-renewing subscription through an In-App Purchase:

check_circle Billing: Your subscription will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
